The ASK Summer Program is now accepting new athletes through the end of May. It is a 10 week high intensity course that is designed to take athletes to the next level in athleticism and skill.

ASK Fitness & Performance has become the authority for sports specific strength and conditioning training in North Dakota. A proud member of Athletic Republic, ASK’s high performance sports science based facility has become a place where athletes of all ages and skill levels go to push their limits.
If you’re serious about increasing your strength, speed, endurance and performance, just ASK! Our highly trained staff members along with over 15 years of scientific research will help take you to the next level.
Our Acceleration Programs are specifically designed for athletes based on the seasonal demand, taking in consideration the athlete’s profile (i.e. sport, gender, skill development, and availability). Our performance coaches focus on training designed for skill development in a particular area of concentration. We focus on performance enhancing training for wrestling, golf, track and volleyball. Primary sports training programs are also offered for basketball, baseball, softball and football.

With our elite training system increase your 40-yard dash by up to 2-4 tenths of a second!
Core Training
By following our program, athletes have added inches to their high jump and broad jumps

Our strength training program is designed for athlets to see big time increases on one rep max weights

Craig Kraft is a veteran trainer who has been apart of our Advanced Sports Kinetics program since anyone can remeber. ASK is the first place in to officially offer this service and has grown over time under the direction of Craig Kraft
Science Based
We don’t just go by how we feel, our program is built on proven methods that are designed to help athletes excel and meet goals that otherwise would not have been possible. These proven methods are designed to, overall, help the body of the athlete so they can continue in their athletic endeavors.
Push the Limits
We help athletes define their goals and then push those goals to the limits. We calculate the sucess of an athlete based on how far they pushed themselves, not just on the number of reps they completed.
